The Marketing Coordinator works in accordance with established policies and procedures of Province Place of Maryview and or/specific instruction of the Director. The Marketing Coordinator contacts leads, schedules and contacts sales tours of the facility, signs contracts for new move-ins, oversees the required paperwork for each move-in, and collects deposits and fees associated with move-ins. The Marketing Coordinator also conducts outside sales calls to individuals, companies, and offices that are capable of referring potential new residents to Province Place of Maryview. Also helps coordinate the move-in process for residents and their families.
The duties and responsibilities of the position are to be carried out in a manner that is consistent with the mission, values and operating principles of Bon Secours and the assisted living philosophy.
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalency.
Must be able to understand and follow simple and complex instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple math.
Must have experience in sales office or be able to exhibit knowledge of sales closing techniques.
Must be able to understand activities of daily living and have familiarity with geriatric care or assisted living.
Must demonstrate a high degree of interpersonal skills and capability of relating to a variety of people and personalities
