CACI International Sr. Navy Logistics Analyst - Research and Analysis in Norfolk, Virginia

Job Description

CACI is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst (SLA) to support the Naval Forces Logistics (NFL) program at U.S. Fleet Forces Command, Norfolk, VA. The Senior Analyst will join the CACI team in supporting the USFFC staff with research and analysis on a myriad of special projects related to Fleet readiness and maintenance.

What You'll Get to Do:

  • Lead research and analysis on a USFFC special projects related to Fleet readiness and maintenance.

  • Duties will heavily revolve around operational research, problem solving and analysis.

  • The first identified project will involve data collected from the Navy Board of Inspection and Survey (INSURV).

  • Will conduct studies and analysis to assess operational capabilities, associated operational capability gaps, and courses of action (COA) proposed to mitigate those gaps.

  • Will leverage analytical methodologies and experience to support quantitative and qualitative analysis, optimization, and process improvement.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline. As a substitute for education, eight years of experience in a combination of Navy logistics and management is acceptable.

  • Education equivalency experience is in addition to the minimum experience of the labor category.

  • Must have a current DoD SECRET Security Clearance.

  • Familiar with Navy Logistics (operations/maintenance/supply) is desired
